Piers morgan backlash as he joins sons on private jet to berlin for euro final

Piers Morgan and his sons took a private jet to Berlin to attend the Euro 2024 final but the extravagance raised a few eyebrows. The broadcaster and journalist took to Instagram to share a

picture in front of the plane with his sons Spencer and Albert. The trio were clearly excited, beaming broadly as they posed for the image. Piers simply captioned it "Berlin-bound

#itscominghome". However he didn't exactly get an enthusiastic response from his followers who pointed out the trip was going to vastly increase his carbon footprint. @lewiib17

said: "Fair play for going, but don’t ever bang on about the climate change nonsense again." @skiman66 asked: "How's the carbon footprint these days Morgan."

@weeksjoyce opined: "Next time you judge someone for their travelling arrangements, remember how you got there," followed by a laughing emoji. @umbers_loveall_ simply commented:

were in his position. If you have nothing nice to say ……Go & enjoy the match with your sons." Piers later shared another post showing that they had landed safe and sound and made

it to the stadium. He shared an image of them in the Olympiastadion Berlin and he had added an England flag waistcoat to his look since he left the UK. Cationing it he simply wrote: "
