Holly willoughby ‘plans to move nanny into £5. 5 million mansion’

Holly Willoughby, 38, and her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin have reportedly submitted documents to Richmond Council seeking permission to convert their garage into a living space for their

nanny, according to the Sutton & Croydon Guardian. The This Morning presenter, who shares her three children - Harry, nine, Belle, eight and Chester four, with her spouse, are believed

to have bought their five-bedroom home in 2011 for £2.8 million. But property website Zoopla has stated the couple’s abode is now worth £5.5 million. It is believed the couple has asked the

council for permission to carry out work 13 times over the years. It comes after it was recently reported the ITV favourite wanted to convert her garage into a studio flat to create a

live-in space for the family au pair, according to the Mail Online. The publication stated the TV star wants to add a second storey to an existing brick-built garage at the end of her garden

and has already had documents lodged with her local council. Architect Brian O’Reilly told the publication: “Currently the existing building consists of a small garage and poorly lit

adjoining room. “We propose to transform the existing building, providing functional, naturally lit accommodation for a live-in au pair. “The existing structure would be maximised through

the addition of a second floor, largely hidden behind the existing parapet walls.” Express.co.uk contacted Holly Willoughby’s representatives for comment at the time of the initial report.
