Lorraine Kelly said she would be “too scared” to go under the knife and believes she looks “fine” as she is. The presenter, who has hosted her self-titled morning chat show since the early
1990s, said she didn’t think a “few wrinkles” were a “big deal”. In an interview with the May issue of Good Housekeeping, the 59-year-old spoke candidly about going under the knife as well
as getting better with age. She is seen on the cover looking incredible in a bright dress as she stands next to her younger self. “I look fine,” Lorraine started. “And to be honest with you,
I see people who have had work done particularly on their lips and think, ‘What are you doing?’ “My make-up artist Helen tells me not to have anything done.” The mother-of-one continued:
“She sees people who have had work done and has to work 10 times harder to make them look the same as they did pre-surgery. “I think it’s really sad. Look if you have had it done and nobody
can tell, then good for you because we don’t know.” She added: “I’d be too scared. I just think, do a few wrinkles – or should I say laughter lines – matter? Is it a big deal? I don’t think
it is.” Lorraine went on to discuss how she has changed and found “balance” as her life and career has gone on. “People keep going on about being happy,” she said. “But I think contentment
you get from things such as cleaning out your knicker drawer, hearing a piece of music, just sitting at home and looking out at the view – if you have an amazing one – or going for a walk.
“It’s that. It’s the wee things.” The small screen favourite’s incredible figure was impossible to miss in her curve-hugging orange dress for the main shot. She has her an arm around her
younger self, who sported short, raven locks as well as a pink suit with a black collar. Another chic picture saw Lorraine standing out against a pink backdrop in a vibrant, striped dress
with a tie on the waist. A third shot saw her change into a pink and black zebra-print look with white boots, as she reclined on a chaise. Meanwhile, it comes after Lorraine Kelly said “we
give each other space” while talking about her marriage to husband Steve Smith. The couple have been married since 1992 and are parents to daughter, Rosie. _THE FULL INTERVIEW APPEARS IN THE
