out with a pal in the city. Wearing her long brunette hair loose, the stunning model wore a simple black top with a stylish striped mini skirt for the outing. Carrying two bags over her

shoulders - a black leather handbag and a bigger brown tote - she added a pair of red velvet high-heeled sandals to her ensemble. Cindy shot to fame in 2015 when singer Justin Bieber posted

a picture of her on his Instagram account with the caption: “Omg who is this!!” sparking a hunt to track down the unknown beauty. This lead to numerous modelling jobs and work as an
