Asda has urgently recalled a £12 baby clothing item due to a "risk of injury" to infants, with parents being advised to "stop using immediately". The supermarket giant

has issued an urgent recall for baby clothes due to potential harm. The George baby zip rompers, available in pink and white, have been identified as posing a risk of injury. This is due to

some of the zips potentially having sharp edges, reports Birmingham Live. In a recall notice, ASDA - which competes with Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Lidl - stated: "If

you have purchased the George Baby 3PK Zip Rompers from Asda, please stop using immediately. "Return it to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your

receipt. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused." This follows a recent recall of a George Stitch and Angel 2 piece set in all sizes. The affected barcodes (found on the inner

care label of the garment) are 5059201121453, 5059201121477, 5059201121491, 5059201121811 5059201121835, 5059201121859, 5059201121873, 5059201121897 Asda stated: "The George Stitch and

Angel 2-piece set has been identified with a manufacturing issue on the cord length which on some garments may be too long and could pose a risk of injury. The top in this 2-piece set is

unaffected. This issue affects ALL sizes." The statement read: "If you have purchased the George Stitch and Angel 2-piece set from Asda, please bring it back to your nearest store

where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt. "We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you would like any further information, please contact: Asda
