he took off from Hobart for his 23-day adventure that, if completed, will see him become the youngest pilot to travel around Australia.
He has about two months to complete the journey.
The young pilot was feeling fresh after his trip from Hobart, but agreed there was still a long way to go.
“We had some low cloud on our way out which was rather interesting,” he said.
“It was great to get in the air and to have it to happen was quite a cool moment.”
After a stop at Flinders Island on Sunday he arrived at Latrobe Valley.
