Junior club championship finals

This Sunday sees 48 teams from around the country taking part in 24 finals, the culmination of this season’s junior knockout championships programme which started with over 700 teams

entering the tournaments back in September. The finals are spread over eight pitches at three venues – Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, Cambridge University and Reading Hockey Club. In

each of the three age groups – U14, U16 and U18 there are Tier 1 and Tier 2 championships for both boys and girls playing for the cup and to be crowned champions. In addition, plate

competitions for early-round losers are also run to maximise participation opportunities. Spectators are of course welcome at all venues but please check with your clubs for parking
