We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coach and Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, a strong understanding of coaching as well

as the ability to inspire and motivate players. Key Responsibilities: Club Coach * Plan, organise, and conduct an effective training program. * Attend all fixtures (for the right candidate).

* Develop and implement game strategies and tactics. * Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance. * Foster a positive and inclusive team

environment. * Monitor and evaluate player progress and development. * Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club coaching approach. Assistant Coach * Support the Club Coach in

their role. * Support the planning and delivery of an effective training program. * Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their skills and performance. * Foster a

positive and inclusive team environment. * Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club coaching approach. Qualifications: * Previous coaching experience * Relevant coaching

certifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively with players of all ages and varying abilities. * Commitment to promoting a positive and

inclusive team culture. Rate of pay: Negotiable depending on experience
