Conference Division and are looking to maintain their status in NL after a significant rebuild last season. The ladies have had many consecutive seasons in the NL and have ambitions to

challenge for promotion to Division 1. Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, a strong

understanding of coaching at this level if not higher, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate players. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organise, and conduct an effective training

program. • Attend all 1st XI matches inc preseason matches. • Develop and implement game strategies and tactics. • Provide constructive feedback and support to players to enhance their

skills and performance. • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment. • Monitor and evaluate player progress and development. • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive club

coaching approach. Qualifications: • Previous coaching experience at a similar level. • Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., Level 2 or equivalent, safeguarding, first aid, etc). •

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with players of all ages and varying abilities. • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team

culture. Rate of pay: Negotiable depending on experience
