Sony's ps5 pro comes with a hidden feature but it may disappoint fans

in 2020, are still powering striking visuals across exclusive and third-party titles, but Sony felt fans could do with a little more juice. As a result, the PlayStation 5 Pro, which launched

today, was introduced, and it comes with improved performance that might mean you no longer have to switch between higher frame rates and sharper resolution. And, now that it's in the

but if you were worried about your new console looking pretty much the same as your last one once you booted it up, there's good news. Article continues below As shown in the post on X

(formerly Twitter) above, the console comes with a nifty new theme for the Welcome tab that was added in recent updates. It showcases the internal components that make this currently the

most powerful console on the market. Sadly, it doesn't appear to be an animated theme, which will no doubt disappoint users who have been hoping to give their PS5 front end a facelift.

According to PlayStation, the PS5 Pro supports over fifty games with visual enhancements right off the bat. These include the likes of EA FC 25 and F1 24, as well as Hogwarts Legacy,

Horizon: Forbidden West, and Baldur's Gate 3.
