Red Bull driver Yuki Tsunoda was involved in a terrifying crash during Qualifying for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix that saw his car flip upside down. The Japanese driver remarkably walked

away from a horrific crash as his car flipped upside down into the tyre wall beside the track after skidding through the gravel track. Tsunoda lost control during his first flying run of Q1,

and his crash subsequently brought out the red flag, bringing the session to a halt. Fortunately, Tsunoda's car landed back the right way, allowing him to exit the vehicle. He walked

away from the wreckage and was picked up by the medical car, as is protocol. Team-mate Max Verstappen immediately asked his race engineer Gianpiero Lambiase whether Tsunoda was ok, to which

he confirmed to his driver, and to fans on TV coverage that he had not suffered any obvious significant injuries. Tsunoda's former team-mate and the man whose seat he took at Red Bull,

Liam Lawson, also made his concerns clear on the radio. He asked about the 25-year-old's condition before exclaiming: "Oh my god, I just saw the video." Fans took to social

media to share their shock at the crash, with one user saying: "Yuki Tsunoda’s crash was mental… but also was a demonstration of the safety of F1 cars. Absolutely terrifying crash but

he was able to walk away and that’s the main thing." DON'T MISS A THING WITH SPORT UPDATES! Want to keep up with all of the latest sport news? Well then sign up for the brilliant

Long live the Halo!" A second red flag was brought out right at the end of Q1 when Franco Colapinto spun on his final run and ended up nose first into the tyre wall at the end of the

first sector.
