Julia morris reveals whittled down figure

I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here with Dr Chris Brown.  And it appears Julia Morris may have been using any spare time in the jungle to workout, as the actress revealed a slimmed

down figure on the set of House Husbands this week.  The 46-year-old cheekily showed off her flat tummy and slender legs in a photo posted to her co-star Firass Dirani's Instagram

account on Wednesday. Scroll down for video  The Logie-nominated star lifted up her shirt to reveal her whittled waist dressed in a sweater and a pair of bike pants.  The stand-up comedian

overhauled her lifestyle several years ago, cutting down on sugar and committing to daily exercise sessions 'at gun point' she joked in an interview with Body & Soul magazine.

  Her hard work saw the mother-of-two drop two dress sizes over the span of 18 months.  The other dietary changes that have helped her shed kilos include banning carbohydrates after 5pm and

also banning snacking, instead sticking to three meals a day.  'For brekkie, I might have a macadamia-based muesli with a dollop of yoghurt and a coffee,' she told the magazine.

'If I’m at home, lunch might be a ham and cheese toastie – because why wouldn’t you? – and if I’m on set I’ll have a hearty stew with a small amount of rice. As for dinner, it's

likely to be an omelette or she'll go easy on rice if she enjoys some takeaway with her family.  And when it comes to exercise the funnywoman works out with a personal trainer twice a

week, and says it helps if they're easy on the eye.  'It helps to have a gorgeous trainer... You feel so disgusting next to them that it’s a great motivator!' The star has

just returned to the Melbourne set of House Husbands, joining her co-stars including Firass Dirani, Gary Sweet and Darren McMullen to begin filming season four.   Original cast member Julia
