* PARKING SPACE IN HYDE PARK GARDENS, LONDON IS ON THE MARKET FOR £210,000 * THIS COULD BUY A FOUR-BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE IN SHEFFIELD OR A RIVERSIDE TERRACE  * LUXURY SPOT COMES WITH AN

UNEXPIRED LEASE OF 85 YEARS, ENDING IN JULY 2104 One of Britain's most expensive parking spots is on the market for £210,000 - the same price as a four-bedroom family home in Sheffield.

The parking bay in Hyde Park Gardens, London is within walking distance of Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the West End.  The pricy spot costs almost as much as the average UK home, which

would currently set a homeowner back £239,000. It comes with an unexpired lease of 85 years, ending in July 2104. For the same price, a four-bedroom townhouse in Sheffield is up for grabs -

complete with its own garage and off-road parking.  Britons could also buy a three-bedroom detached home in in Harrogate, North Yorkshire for the price, or relocate to a riverside terrace in

the Yorkshire Dales. There's also the option to purchase a three-bedroom family home in the seaside resort of St. Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex.         RELATED ARTICLES Although the

price of the central London parking spot is steep, it is far from the most expensive bay to have been sold in the capital. In January, a £350,000 underground parking space was for sale in

upmarket Knightsbridge. The bay - which is 20ft-long and boasts a daily garage porter and CCTV - was just a stone's throw away from designer department store Harrods. On a 25-year

mortgage at 3.92 per cent, paying it off would cost £1,649 per-month - if the buyer forks out a massive £35,000 deposit.      Last March, a double garage in Portman Square emerged on the

market for a massive £750,000 - more than three times the average UK house price.    It is around the corner from Selfridges and Oxford Street in a 24-hour portered block of flats. The

303sqft spot is in the same building as an apartment used for the F section of the Special Operations Executive in the Second World War. It stands 10ft 6in wide and is 29ft 7in long, making

it able to contain two cars.
