Thug raped and sexually assaulted woman in 'truly horrific ordeal'

A Midlands man who raped and sexually assaulted a woman has been jailed. James Hollingsworth was said to have subjected his victim to a 'truly horrific ordeal.' Hollingsworth, from

Sandwell, was arrested shortly after the woman came forward. He was subsequently charged with two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, and controlling and coercive behaviour, which

he initially denied. But a jury found 29-year-old Hollingsworth guilty, and he was sentenced to 16 years in jail. He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register. READ MORE: BUCKS
