WILL COME TO DORDOGNE (WHERE WE LIVE). ARE THERE ANY MORE DETAILS OF THE ROUTE YET TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW CLOSE IT COMES TO US? When the Tour de France 2023 route was announced in October, it
was revealed that in the eighth stage on July 8 the _coureurs_ (cyclists) would race from Libourne (Gironde) to Limoges (Haute-Vienne), via Dordogne. However, other than the fact that the

provided more recently by local MP Jean-Pierre Cubertafon. He shared the planned itinerary which is set to be approved by the prefecture. It shows that the competitors will enter Dordogne
around midday at Le Capet, before passing through La Croix de la Grand-mère and then La Roche-Chalais. They will then head through other villages to reach Ribérac, Saint-Méard-de-Drône,
Tocane-Saint-Apre, Lisle, Bourdeilles, Brantôme en Périgord – around 15:00 – Champagnac-de-Belair, Quinsac, Saint-Front-La-Rivière, Saint-Pardoux-La-Rivière, Champs-Romain, Abjat-sur-Bandiat
and Miallet. The riders will then leave Dordogne after 201km within the department, and enter Haute-Vienne. You can see the route in further detail in the table below: This is the first
time that the Tour has passed through Dordogne since 2017. The women’s Tour de France will also visit the department, with Montignac-Lascaux being their destination on July 25, 2023. RELATED
