A JUNE DATE HAS BEEN SET FOR A RULING ABOUT BRITONS’ EU CITIZENSHIP RIGHTS The European Court of Justice is to rule on June 15 on a case looking at the legality of the Brexit Withdrawal

The case is based on loss of rights such as local election voting. Mr Fouchet hopes it is possible, if not to have Brexit ruled illegal entirely, then to improve the rights of Britons
