Corpon Monday named Kevin Lobo, a unit president hired just lastyear, as chief executive, succeeding Curt Hartman, who had heldthe position on an interim basis. Lobo joined Stryker in April

2011 and was president of itsorthopedics unit. Hartman, the company's chief financial officer, added theCEO post when Stryker Chairman, President and CEO StephenMacMillan stepped down

in February 2012, citing family reasons. Hartman, who has been with Stryker since 1990, will leavethe company but will stay on as an adviser for the transitionand as the company looks for a

new CFO, Stryker said. Stryker last month said it had to expand a recall of itslatest Neptune surgical waste management product line becauseregulators said it did not have proper regulatory
