tracked down by police. Lee Martin was wanted for a number of offences on recall to prison after being released from serving a sentence for commercial burglary. The 33-year-old was tracked
to the Wallsend area on Thursday, May 1 and surrounded by officers and dogs. He attempted to escape along a back lane, but was tackled to the floor by a plain-clothes officer before being
arrested. Martin, of Kings Road North, Wallsend, was charged with burglary, theft and assault and appeared before North Tyneside Magistrates' Court the following day. WE HAVE A

Northumbria Police said: "We’re pleased that we were able to locate Martin before getting him arrested, charged and put before courts where he has pleaded guilty and given a deserved
