Emergency services rescue 2 people in difficulty in the sea at Cullercoats Two people were pulled from the North Sea after being spotted struggling off Cullercoats Bay on Monday evening. A

huge emergency services response saw the coastguard, lifeboat, ambulance service, air ambulance helicopter and police called to the popular North Tyneside beach shortly after 6pm. Two people
