Celtics BRADLEY MOVES TO THE FRONT OFFICE AFTER A DOZEN SEASONS IN THE LEAGUE AS A PLAYER. * THE CELTICS HONOR RETIRING TV PLAY-BY-PLAY VOICE MIKE GORMAN FOR HIS 43-YEAR CAREER WITH THE TEAM
* KINGS COACH MIKE BROWN DRAWS ON TIME IN GOLDEN STATE TO OFFER CELTICS ADVICE ON HOW TO WRAP UP REGULAR SEASON Avery Bradley, who played the first seven seasons of his NBA career with the
Celtics, is expected to join the Utah Jazz front office as vice president of player development according to the Deseret News. He’ll reunite with Jazz CEO of basketball operations Danny
Ainge, who drafted him in Boston. Jazz coach Will Hardy also has Boston ties, having served as an assistant on Ime Udoka’s staff before landing the Utah job. “Avery Bradley is somebody that
I’ve developed a relationship with, and he obviously played for Danny (Ainge),” Hardy told the Deseret News. “He’s somebody that wanted to come spend some time and see what we’ve got going
on. It’s good to have him in the gym hanging out with the guys and hanging out with the coaching staff. He’s auditing this class. … He’s auditing this side of the world, not being a player.”
