running costs'. The team behind The 5:15 club in Stirchley, which featured live bands and other entertainment, said they would be shutting at the end of the month due to the economic


climate. The canalside venue, off Lifford Lane, replaced the Roadhouse, which closed in 2017, saying it would "proudly bring live music back to the area." READ MORE: TRAVELLERS

closing its doors for the final time after the Oasiis (tribute band) gig on Friday, June 27. "The club will continue to open as normal till then but all shows after will be cancelled.

memories. "The 5:15 team worked hard to create a fun, safe and comfortable venue and we think our many positive reviews speak for themselves." The statement ended: "Once again


thanks to all of you and lets make some final memories throughout June." Sharon Sale posted in response to the news: "So sorry to hear this but really appreciate that you took the


chance to give us one of the best places to go since the famous outrigger days. "Well done to all involved you’ve worked so hard for the last year. Really sad to see the club
