technically illegal. She explained to her followers that she had painted the very back of her neighbour's shed - which backed on to her garden - black as it was previously a very bright
blue that she was fed up of looking at. Article continues below Kate said that her neighbours couldn't see the back of the shed from their property so she was surprised they were upset
over her paint job. In a video on Instagram, Kate asked: "Why do I always get myself in these situations? I'm in trouble with my neighbour for painting the back of their bright
blue, garish, shed a different colour. "Won't be doing it again as in hindsight I know I should have asked first, but I didn't think it would be a big deal given that they
can't see it?". She then asked her followers whether they would be annoyed in the same situation, with lots replying they would as it is not her property and she didn't ask
permission. Now a mum to five year old daughter Noa, with her husband Martin Bojtos of almost three years, Kate apologised to her neighbour in another post on the social media site. Article
continues below She warned people: "I've just found out I've broken the law. I found out that me painting someone's shed is actually illegal. I can't believe I
didn't know this. "Genuinely I did not know that me leaning over the end of my garden - sorry, not me my gardener - that him leaning over the end of our garden into somebody
else's garden and paining the back of their shed without their permission is trespassing."
