presenter's pub.

The Farmer's Dog in Burford, Oxfordshire, opened in August 2024 with fans of TV show, Clarkson's Farm, flocking to the restaurant.

‌ In the latest series on Amazon Prime, Jeremy agrees to help out local farmers by buying their produce to be used in his pub, alongside his own.

‌ The star wanted to try and ensure what is being sold could be sourced from people in the area, while making sure meals at the establishment could be affordable for those who wish to try

them.

However, this was met with a mixed response on X (Twitter), as some viewers said their view on what was affordable was slightly different.

£6.89/kg for R4L down from the record high £6.98/kg earlier in the month.

"I can't wait till we get US beef cuts here because British beef industry is now taking the p*** at those prices."

In response, Jeremy slapped both commenters with a "ban" from the pub, as he replied: "You are now banned from the pub."

‌ Another X user, @cudaplumcrazy added: "Your cows aren't they Jeremy?", to which the TV star said: "Some are. Most come from other farmers in the area and we pay a premium.

"We are here to back British farming. If you don't want to do that, fine. Enjoy your chlorine."

‌ A Clarkson's Farm sub-Reddit page reportedly weighed into the conversation to support Jeremy, YorkshireLive said.

@iam3ass explained: "Farm to table, is always more expensive. He is not running a charity.

"I would prefer to pay a little more [for] something good, than a cheap price and be disappointed. Now if the price is high and the quality is not good, then yeah, that's a legitimate

complaint."
