brought huge moments at home and abroad. Nationally, 1995 saw the 'Battle of Britpop', the meteoric rise of boybands including East 17 Boyzone and pubs being allowed to stay open


all through Sunday afternoon. It was also the year that hit US sitcom Friends debuted on British television after gaining cult following in the US a year earlier. We were pretty busy here in
