M6 toll tragedy as man dies in crash

THE MAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE 17:16, 31 May 2025 A man has sadly died following a crash on the M6 Toll in Staffordshire. The 35-year-old was riding a Ducati motorcycle at the time

of the incident, officers have said. They were called to the southbound carriageway near T6 for Burntwood at around 5.30pm on Friday, May 30. Medics also flocked to the scene but, sadly,

BEGINNING' Staffordshire Police are now appealing for information and dash cam footage as they investigate what happened. Article continues below A spokesperson for the force said:

"We are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision on the M6 Toll. "We were called at 5.30pm yesterday (Friday, May 30) to reports of a serious collision involving a black,

red and silver Ducati motorcycle on the southbound carriageway of the M6 Toll, just after T6 Burntwood. "Paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended. "Sadly,

despite the efforts of motorists and the emergency services, the rider of the Ducati, a 35-year-old man, died at the scene." They continued: "We are keen to speak to anyone with

any CCTV or dashcam footage from the area, or those with any information that could help collision investigators. "Call us on 101, quoting incident 634 of 30 May, or message us using
