aid, and development. Prior to joining AARP, she started Human Rights Watch’s program of work on older persons’ human rights. Brown's work and comments have appeared in major news

outlets such as The Economist, The Guardian, The Sydney Morning Herald, and News Deeply, in academic periodicals such as The Health and Human Rights Journal, The Sustainable Development Law
